Chilean Ambassador to China Visits FAW Liberation Powertrain Division

On August 9th, Mr.Mauricio Hurtado, the Chilean Ambassador to China, visited the FAW Liberation Powertrain Division. Qian Hengrong, Assistant General Manager of FAW Liberation, and Secretary of the Powertrain Division's Party Committee, warmly received the visit. Mi Xidong, Factory Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of Xichai, accompanied the reception.

Ambassador Mr.Mauricio Hurtado visited the Hui Shan Intelligent Factory, toured the product showroom and collaborative workshop to gain an understanding of the products and intelligent manufacturing processes of the division. During the visit, he repeatedly praised the clean and tidy factory environment of Liberation Powertrain. He acknowledged the innovative research and application of intelligent manufacturing by Liberation Powertrain, which promotes high-quality development not only within the enterprise but also across the entire industry. He believed that Liberation Powertrain sets a benchmark for domestic Chinese engine companies and stands as a world-class provider of commercial vehicle power solutions. The benchmark factory showcased the forward-thinking of Chinese enterprises for the future, embodying the concept of an intelligent Liberation Powertrain factory.

During the subsequent discussions, Qian Hengrong introduced Liberation Powertrain's efforts towards the "dual-carbon" goal and global environmental conservation. He also provided insights into Liberation Powertrain's overseas market situation and brand establishment in the Chilean market, hoping to contribute a stronger and greener momentum to the cooperative development between China and Chile.
